Program Overview

With flexible course requirements, the political science major can be customized to fit your academic and professional interests. Many students add a minor or second major in areas that complement their career goals, such as Law and Society or Communication.

When you major in political science at 海角社区, you can also gain additional expertise by adding a concentration or two:

  • Global Studies - ideal for students who wish to develop expertise in global politics or who want to continue on to graduate programs in political science.
  • Applied Politics - ideal for students interested in working in public service, policy analysis, or other hands-on political careers.

Curriculum: What You Will Learn
