Policies Under Review

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date policies, the HR Policy Committee recently conducted a review of several existing HR policies. This renewal process is intended to ensure that our older policies continue to reflect our current practices, organizational structures, and updated titles.

The revised policies have been marked up to highlight the specific changes and we have also provided a clean version for readability. As you will see, most of the updates are minor in nature and primarily involve clarifications, updated terminology, and structural consistency.�� The updates to the Outside Employment and Activities Policy and the Employment of Relatives Policy are available below.

We share these updated versions with the community to promote transparency and awareness. Additionally, we are providing a 30-day review period to allow for any feedback or concerns. If you have questions or comments, please use the links below to submit them to the HR Policy committee by Thursday, June 5th.
