Jim Moses聽'80聽continues to trail blaze in the face of a global pandemic as he manages the future of air travel for American Airlines at the world鈥檚 4th聽busiest airport in Dallas Fort Worth (DFW). As American鈥檚 vice president of DFW operations, he leads approximately 16,000 team members and oversees nearly 900 daily flights聽and millions of customers聽at the airline鈥檚 largest and most important hub.聽Jim聽is known for a leadership philosophy that creates a culture that puts team members first, which is more important than ever as he manages through the impact of the pandemic. Previously,聽Jim聽led operations at airports in Philadelphia (PHL), New York (JFK, LGA), Boston (BOS), Los Angeles (LAX), and he oversaw American鈥檚 Premium Guest Services.聽Jim聽began his career with American Airlines as a flight attendant in 1982 after receiving a marketing degree from the Boler College of Business and playing football for the Blue Streaks.
